Wednesday was this unbelievable storm — the worst in 20+ years according to locals. That’s why we were stuck there and warned not to go outside. The Upper Rock (where this photo was taken) was closed. Thursday morning was much the same but the middle of the afternoon it suddenly stopped and we went for a final walk. That’s when I took that picture. So, yes, I imagine they weren't feeling particularly cheerful.
